THE COMPANY
Walmamec Srl is a family-run solid based company born in 2006, that over the years has also seen the inclusion of new generations.
The company occupies an area of about 2500 square metres and is in constant development.
It boasts excellent awards in the quality of the processing of the product, thanks to the experience of the two founding partners Maurizio Barbieri and Antonio Biancucci who, after forty years of working in the field of mechanical processing, have started a business based on attention to customer needs.
The attention to details, the quality of the products, the promptness in deliveries and the accurate management of the company, are supported by the latest technological innovations both in the workshop with the introduction of 4.0 machinery, and in the offices.
Thanks to the development in Industry 4.0 Walmamec Srl is projecting towards digitisation and “smart” connections to coordinate the functioning between the various systems. In this way the technical area is able to automatically predict the degree of any production imperfections and adopt, in the shortest possible time, the most effective preventive measures to optimise the quality of the processing.
Walmamec Srl is able to perform different types of processing according to market and customer requests. There are no limits to the supply and it is possible to ensure the production of orders even with small quantities.

A second production unit adjacent to the main one was born as a response to the market that tends towards the 4.0 where “management and processing” merge into a single reality.
We handle projects that deal with high-precision works of pure mechanical nature and design objects, where finishes and details become a fundamental part of the final result, both in the production of the single piece and in the creation and management of assembled systems.
